Is this real money?

No. There is no wagering, no deposits and nothing to buy in order to play. The chips are practice chips, stacks reset every hand, and the whole point is to make the decisions often enough that they stop being hard.

Every hand gets reviewed

When a hand ends, each decision you made is graded — good, ok or a mistake — against your equity and the price you were being offered. That is the part that turns playing into improving. Learn the fundamentals free if any of it is unfamiliar.
