PokerLeap is for learning only — no real-money gambling here. If you play poker for money elsewhere, never bet more than you can afford to lose. Gambling can be addictive. If it's affecting your life, please reach out for help: ncpgambling.org or call/text 1-800-GAMBLER. You must be 18+ (21+ where required) to use PokerLeap.
1. What PokerLeap is
PokerLeap is an educational app that teaches poker strategy through lessons, quizzes, and practice. It is not gambling: there is no real money wagered, deposited, won, or paid out, and no chips of monetary value. By using PokerLeap you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction (18+, or 21+ where required).
2. Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, and don’t share your account or use someone else’s. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings.
3. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service — no attempting to break, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to it, and no using it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscriptions & payments
Coach Pro is an optional paid plan. Prices, billing intervals, and what’s included are shown at checkout, and payments are processed securely by Stripe. The monthly and annual plans include a 3-day free trial; if you don’t cancel before the trial ends, the plan begins and your payment method is charged. Subscriptions then renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime — from your account settings or the billing portal — and keep access through the end of the period you’ve paid for. Except where required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable.
Where offered, Lifetime access is a single payment with no renewal and no trial. It covers every Coach Pro feature for as long as PokerLeap operates the service — the lifetime of the service, not a fixed number of years — and it is tied to your account and can’t be transferred. If it isn’t for you, email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, after which Lifetime access ends. Section 6 covers what happens if the service ever closes.
5. Educational content — no guarantees
PokerLeap is for learning and entertainment. Strategy advice is general and provided “as is” — we make no guarantee of any particular result, and nothing here is financial advice or a promise of winnings. Play responsibly.
6. Changes to the service, and if PokerLeap closes
PokerLeap is built and run by a very small team, and we’d rather be straight about what that means. We may add, change, or remove features at any time, and we may suspend or permanently close the service. If we decide to close it, we’ll give at least 30 days’ notice by email and in the app, and stop taking new payments and renewals. If the service closes:
• Monthly members are not charged again.
• Annual members are refunded for each full unused month they have prepaid.
• Lifetime members who bought within the 12 months before the closing date are refunded pro rata for the unused part of those 12 months (closing 3 months after a purchase refunds about three quarters of the price). Lifetime purchases older than that are not refunded.
Those refunds are your sole remedy if the service changes, is unavailable, or closes.
7. If PokerLeap changes hands
We may transfer the service — including your account and any paid access — to another company that takes over running it. Your paid access carries over on the same terms, and the new operator takes on our obligations under these terms. You can’t transfer your own account to someone else.
8. Liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows; we don’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any poker results or money lost playing poker, and our total liability to you for anything connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection law that can’t be waived.
9. Changes & contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated in-app or by email, and continuing to use PokerLeap after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms. Questions? See our contact page. See also our Privacy Policy.
