PokerLeap is for learning only — no real-money gambling here. If you play poker for money elsewhere, never bet more than you can afford to lose. Gambling can be addictive. If it's affecting your life, please reach out for help: ncpgambling.org or call/text 1-800-GAMBLER. You must be 18+ (21+ where required) to use PokerLeap.

1. What PokerLeap is

PokerLeap is an educational app that teaches poker strategy through lessons, quizzes, and practice. It is not gambling: there is no real money wagered, deposited, won, or paid out, and no chips of monetary value. By using PokerLeap you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction (18+, or 21+ where required).

2. Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, and don’t share your account or use someone else’s. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings.

3. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service — no attempting to break, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to it, and no using it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions & payments

Coach Pro is an optional paid subscription. Prices, billing intervals, and what’s included are shown at checkout, and payments are processed securely by Stripe. Paid plans include a 3-day free trial; if you don’t cancel before the trial ends, the plan begins and your payment method is charged. Subscriptions then renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime — from your account settings or the billing portal — and keep access through the end of the period you’ve paid for. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

5. Educational content — no guarantees

PokerLeap is for learning and entertainment. Strategy advice is general and provided “as is” — we make no guarantee of any particular result, and nothing here is financial advice or a promise of winnings. Play responsibly.
